Directions from leaving the M1 at J 18
Leave the M1 at exit 18
Take the A428 heading towards Daventry,Nuneaton,Rugby, A5, and Hinckley.
At the roundabout take the second exit onto the A5
Go through the next roundabout keeping on the A5
Dunsmore Home Farm is on this road to your left.
Know when you are getting close........
Look out for a 'Welcome to Warwickshire' sign and then the N.T. Services on your right.
After that there is a road to your left signposted to Clifton-upon-Dunsmore.
After this you need to take the next turning to your left.
If you reach the B5414 or the M6 going over you then you have gone too far.
Directions from leaving the M1 at J 20
Leave the M1 at exit 20
Take the A4303 exit to Rugby / Lutterworth / A426
At the roundabout take the third exit onto the A4303 Lutterworth Rd. heading to Rugby / Lutterworth / A426
At Gibbet roundabout, take the second exit onto the A5 heading to London / Milton Keynes.
Dunsmore Home Farm is on this road to your right.
Know when you are getting close........
Pass under the M6 motorway and pass the B5414 on your right. The dual carriageway ends and you need the next right turn into a small road that services two houses.
If you find yourself going down a hill and pass a road on your right to Clifton-upon-Dunsmore then you have gone too far.

Leave the M6 at exit 1
Take the A426 exit to Rugby / Lutterworth
At the roundabout take the first exit onto the A426 heading to M1 / Lutterworth.
At the next roundabout take the forth exit onto the A5 heading towards London / Milton Keynes, Dunsmore Home Farm is on this road to your right.

From any direction, once you turn into our driveway follow it round to the left and take the driveway around the front of the house and park on the right.
